These two are not only the presumed pioneers of the North Puget Sound feeding technique, but have also proven to have a long-term bond. They are beloved by gray whale fans near and far and have become a staple of our local waters.

Physical adoption packages will also include an exclusive “Buddy” sticker, printed on eco-friendly materials (right down to the soy-based ink, recyclable backing, and recycled paper. Note: these stickers may not be suitable for outdoor use).
Additionally, your purchase of a “Sounders” adoption also includes a $20 donation to our partner, Cascadia Research Collective, who have been doing the hard work of collecting long-term data on the North Puget Sound gray whales for over 30 years.
